Engine work
- Replaced fuel lift pump, alternator belt June 2021
- November 2014 – replaced all mounts, shaft, coupling, cutlass bearing. DONE $5000!
- Removed disassembled and inspected transmission, honed clutch cones, replaced seals 2023 self….
- Service stiff valve for fresh water drain at heat exchanger. (May 2017)
- Replaced all hoses and rubber parts Nov 2015-May 2016
- Replaced coolant sensor
- Relocated coolant overflow so raw water strainer can actually be serviced.
- Replace screw securing elbow at aft end of heat exchanger

Structural repairs and upgrades
- Tabbing below v-berth to liner - use stitched biax #1702 cloth mat and epoxy mvs 410 w 462 hardener for cold. Nov 2015
- Repaired floating bulkhead in QB, reinforced hull in this area (cradle pad) – April 2021
- Gelcoat repaired around portlights while replacing – spring 2020
- Glass and epoxy fillet to main bulkhead inside settee adjacent to head, incl mouse hole for drainage, ventilation, inspection. Oct 2015
- Finish/Grind limber holes under bilge pump hose holes for improved drainage. Oct 2020
- Grind all other limber holes oct 2020
- Aft keelbolt landing reinforced with Epoxy/Glass/Carbon oct 2020. (not required but I was working in the area and was going to paint)
- Remove overhead liner in hanging locker, fillet and tab with epoxy and 1702 biax cloth, remove balsa core around water fill, replace with solid glass, re-drill for and install SS water fill. August 2019
- Remove and fill hole from existing depth sounder, overboard discharge. 1702 biax and epoxy, holes filled, nov 2015
- Verify keel stub condition – OCT 2015 (was sound, mast step sound, though water had entered filled portion of stub from below)
- Repair gelcoat stress cracks at leading edge of keel stub. Complete nov 2015 removed voids and built up with multi layers biax cloth stitch mat and epoxy.
- Preventative Reinforcement of mast step, keel stub, and keel bolt bearing area – Nov 2016.
- Remove core around pumpout fitting, fill with epoxy/glass matrix, install new ss fitting with starboard pad. Summer 2019
- Strip VC-tar and old bottom paint from rudder, fair and coat with 2 layers epoxy, 2 interprotect. (April 2021)
- Sand any unfair VC-tar from bottom, coat areas with interprotect. (April/May 2021)
- Floating bulkhead repair winter 2020/2021
- Battery stowage revised winter 2020/2021 with solar and lithium upgrade
